Swagelok® Fluid System Evaluation and Advisory Services (FSEAS) brings our technical expertise, application experience, and industry knowledge onsite to your facilities, helping optimize your safety, productivity, and profitability.

What we do:

Our Onsite Services Engineer visit your facility, evaluate your fluid or sampling systems using specialized technique and special equipment.

Our fluid system experts will evaluate: • Leak detection for all your liquid and gaseous small bore tube system with specific components such as fittings, tubing, valves and gauges • System inspection in comply with best practice for small bore tube fitting installation • Material Corrosion, incorrect parts and material, inadequate support • Evaluation and recommendations for improvement • Post survey support, from rectification BOM development to on site support for installation and repair

During the inspection, colored identification tags with numbers were used to identify system components for the report. These tags were left on the component for identification purposes. The tags colored is used to identify risk and/or priority of each issue. The categories are advisory only and at the discretion of the client.

• Costs of existing, unrepaired leaks

• Concerns categorized by severity

• Photos to clearly identify locations of problems
