Swagelok Onsite Services is a service program offered by Swagelok Thailand and global distributor network in which we use our industry expertise in fluid system design to help you improve performance at your facilities.

Our Onsite Services Engineer visit your facility, evaluate your fluid or sampling systems, advise on installation practices, and recommend system enhancements via detailed reports tailored to address your most pressing challenges.

Three different scope of services available

1. Fluid System Evaluation and Advisory Service, FSEAS

2. Hose Evaluation and Advisory Service, HAS

3. Energy Saving Program, ESP

The service can be tailored to your requirements in a scope of liquid and gaseous small-bore tube fitting systems.

Fluid System Evaluation and Advisory Services, FSEAS

Swagelok Onsite Service Engineer serves as your trusted advisor to troubleshoot small bore tube fluid system related problem areas that may exist at your facilities. We identify, photograph and tag issues, log findings and generate a report that evaluates the findings and provides recommendations for improvement.

This inspection looks for issues below: 1. Improper tube fitting installation 2. Corrosion, incorrect parts and material, inadequate support 3. System leaks

Hose Evaluation and Advisory Services, HAS

The right hose keeps your process performing safely and cost effectively. The wrong hose could undermine your process, put people at risk. Hose Evaluation and Advisory Service program, our Onsite Service engineer will identify the ways to enhance your hose selection, installation and discussion about maintenance procedures to improve hose life and performance.

This inspection looks for issues below: 1. Visual inspect for all hose system  2. Identify placement and interaction within the facility e.g.      static movement, vibration, condensation and electrostatic

Energy Saving Program, ESP

This service is designed to detect and evaluate losses (leakage) in your gaseous system to give your facility a snapshot of the current operating efficiency of the system. Our Onsite Service engineer use a special equipment to identify level of leaks and using a software to calculate a cost to the leakage in the system.

This inspection looks for issues below: 1. Detection of gaseous leaks 2. Evaluation of the losses in the system 3. Recommendations for improvement
